What do you need to get started?
A site and all that that entails, HTML, FTP, Domain Names, Hosting; the list goes on. If you go with a blog you have to learn how to use a Word Press site. You can get a free Blogger or Word Press site so that helps but you still have to find out how it works.
How to write copy, in this respect a blog is easier but having someone show you how is even easier. Someone to lay it out totally for you is better still!
Pay to advertise your site; this can be very expensive with no guarantees of success.
Write articles to advertise your site and your abilities. This is not as difficult as it sounds but you need to learn how to do it properly as Article Directories will not allow rubbish on their sites. You can have the articles written for you but that costs money which you may not have. All this to pull in visitors - people, or as we term them - traffic. They make the whole thing work.
We all want results NOW. We don't want to work for 2 months or so only to find that our methods don't work, our keywords were wrong or the subject of our site is simply not interesting enough for people to buy from us.
